CONTINUOUS INK JET (SMALL CHARACTER PRINTING EQUIPMENT)

Our line of CIJ small character printers are extremely reliable, cost effective, versatile, and easy to use. They are perfect for printing date coding or other traceability information on food and beverage or pharmaceutical packaging substrates. Our newest CIJ model boasts one of the fastest line speeds in the industry and can print up to 10 lines of text from a single nozzle.

Our line of Drop-On-Demand large character printers were designed for printing on a wide variety of substrates, including corrugated, plastics, metals, paper, foils, and more. Their simple and robust design makes operation easy and reliable with a low cost of ownership compared to many other OEM’s. Our printers are capable of printing multiple lines of text from a single printhead and can interface with a PC or PLC.

Our line of Hi-Resolution printers are ideal for printing hi-resolution text, barcodes, graphics, and symbols on both porous and non-porous substrates. These hi-res printers are most often used for printing on corrugated surfaces in secondary packaging applications. We offer both liquid and solid wax ink systems designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s packaging industry. Our new hot melt wax based solid ink system is inherently clean, safe, reliable and much “greener” for the environment.
