DURACHROME® WIRE MARKING TYPE

Our DuraChrome Wire Marking Type and DurAlloy Heat Shrink Sleeving Type, Symbols, and Spacers will fit Kingsley Marking Machines and Type Holders. Contact us for easy conversion from Kingsley to Durable Mecco Type.

DuraChrome (curved type) is ideal for marking a wide range of insulated wire and other curved surfaces. DuraChrome is manufactured specially to fit Kingsley* and Ackerman-Gould* marking machines.

DuraChrome is available in a range of sizes optimized for marking outside diameters between 0.035” and 0.350”. Select “V” series for vertical reading type and “H” series for horizontal reading type.

DuraChrome’s unique chrome coating provides a harder than steel marking surface at a price significantly below steel and is AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY SHIPMENT!

We also supply curved type to mark various radii of medical vials, tubes, pen barrels, pencil handles and brushes.

DURALLOY® FLAT-FACE HOT STAMPING TYPE

DurAlloy produces clear, easy-to-read legends on flat surfaces such as heat-shrink sleeving, nylon cable ties and other thermoplastics. A full range of character sizes provide single or multi-line marking solutions in demanding applications requiring maximum legibility. Twelve and nineteen point type bodies fit standard 1, 2 and 3-line typeholders, including Kingsley* and Ackerman-Gould* models. Select “S” series type for 12 pt., multi-line typeholders and “F” or “L” series for 19 pt., single line typeholders.

	Durable Mecco TYPE SPACER SETS Say good-bye to common lead spacers! Durable Mecco LumAlloy spacers are made from a tough aluminum alloy for fast, even heating with no spacer distortion or melting - even at temperatures up to 1,000° F (537° C). LumAlloy’s low-profile spacer design prevents ghosting, the unwanted foil transfer that can often appear above or between type characters. LumAlloy sets contain thirty-two spacers, in three assorted widths. Use with both DuraChrome and DurAlloy type.
